Celestial Protection ✨ Shipping Insurance

For those wanting some celestial protection for their physical orders.

• Insurance covers: physical loss and/or damage to package contents in the course of transit (with photographic/video proof of damage and written affirmation from the buyer/carrier tracking proof of loss). 
• Duration: Insurance applies from the time the package is dropped off at the shipping facility to delivery OR 15 days after cargo arrives to the destination port/hub (whichever is sooner). Buyers are responsible for lost/damaged items after this and should reach out to their local carrier in the case of delayed delivery. 

**** Shipments sent to the following countries are not eligible for coverage: 

Balkans (Albania, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia), Burundi, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Libya, Nicaragua, Venezuela, and Zimbabwe.

**** Note: This list of excluded countries is subject to change depending on government restrictions, geopolitical events, embargos, etc. Insurance does not cover damages due to delays.
